SEN Supply Teacher 

Location: Lincoln 

Salary: £130.00 - £150.00 per day(Depending on experience) 

Start Date: Immediate 

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time 

Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? 

GSL Education are seeking a committed SEN Supply Teacher to work with schools in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students who require extra support to succeed and thrive. 

Responsibilities: 

As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will: 

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN. 

  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. 

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to encourage positive learning. 

  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit individual learning styles. 

  • Work closely with school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. 

 

Requirements: 

As an SEN Supply Teacher, you must have: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. 

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN. 

  • Strong knowledge of different learning needs, such as autism, ADHD, or emotional and behavioural challenges. 

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills. 

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
