SEN Supply Teacher
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £130.00 - £150.00 per day(Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?
GSL Education are seeking a committed SEN Supply Teacher to work with schools in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students who require extra support to succeed and thrive.
Responsibilities:
As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.

Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively to encourage positive learning.

Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit individual learning styles.

Work closely with school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
As an SEN Supply Teacher, you must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Proven experience working with children with SEN.

Strong knowledge of different learning needs, such as autism, ADHD, or emotional and behavioural challenges.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
