Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Start Date: January
Contract: Full-Time/Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and their families.
  • Collaborate with other staff to implement strategies and interventions that support students with SEN.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Postgraduate Certificates in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable.
  • A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to raising the achievement of all students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
