GSL Education London Branch are seeking a dynamic MFL Teacher to join a vibrant team at a client secondary school in Barnet. About the role of an MFL teacher:
- Teach Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective language lessons.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements of an MFL teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Preferably experience as an MFL Teacher in a secondary school.
- Strong knowledge and passion for teaching languages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
