GSL Education London Branch are seeking a dynamic MFL Teacher to join a vibrant team at a client secondary school in Barnet. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated MFL Teacher to make a significant impact on students' language learning journeys and be part of a supportive educational community.

About the role of an MFL teacher:

  • Teach Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective language lessons.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements of an MFL teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Preferably experience as an MFL Teacher in a secondary school.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for teaching languages.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
