"Supply Teacher"
Location: Newham & Tower Hamlets
Salary: £145 - £165 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-Day Supply

GSL Education London Branch is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work in some of the most outstanding secondary schools in East London, specifically in Newham and Tower Hamlets. Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons based on pre-prepared plans.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning needs and provide feedback to the school as required.
  • Adapt to different school environments and curriculums.
  • Uphold the school's policies and ethos during your placement.

Requirements for the Supply Teacher role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • A good understanding of the UK secondary school curriculum.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within East London.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.
