Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach general science to KS3 and your specialist subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) to KS4.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons.
  • Inspire curiosity and a love of learning through innovative teaching approaches.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing tailored support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a dedicated Science Teacher who:

  • Holds QTS and a degree in a science-related discipline.
  • Has experience in teaching science at secondary school level.
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
  • Is committed to raising achievement and inspiring students.
  • Thrives in a collaborative and inclusive school environment.
