Position: Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (MLF)
Location: Southampton 
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) 
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Full Time

About School:

As a MLF Teacher you will play a vital role, Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons to students across various proficiency levels.
  2. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and excel.
  3. Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to make language learning both enjoyable and effective.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessment strategies that align with educational standards.
  5. Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree is a plus
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern foreign language (French, Spanish, German, etc.).
  • Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
