Rate: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers and students in a classroom setting. You will work closely with other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant:
- Provide Classroom Support: Assist teachers with day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring students' educational needs are met.
- Support Individual Learning Plans: Help develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Monitor Student Progress: Track and assess the progress of each student, adapting support strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with Staff and External Agencies: Work closely with other support staff and external agencies to ensure a cohesive approach to each student's education and development.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Engage and Motivate Students: Use a variety of methods to engage and motivate students, catering to different learning styles and preferences.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of each student's progress, including assessments, observations, and feedback, and communicate this information to relevant parties.
Requirements of Teaching Assistant:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Commitment: Demonstrate a deep commitment to helping students, exhibiting patience and empathy.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
