Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Greenwich
Salary: £145 to £230 per day

Role Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of students with special educational needs. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator committed to making a difference in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH and moderate learning needs.
- Individualised Support: Use innovative teaching strategies to support student progress and engagement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic learning environment.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and report on students’ progress to ensure individual learning goals are met.
- Safeguarding: Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience teaching in an SEMH or SEND environment is essential.
- Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong behaviour management skills, empathy, and adaptability.
- Safeguarding Knowledge: A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Enhanced DBS: An active DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
