Salary: £76.92 - £95.68 per day (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
As a Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with teachers to support students with behavioural challenges.

Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to help students engage with the curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive behaviours.

Encourage students to develop confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to address individual needs.
Requirements:
To excel as a Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you should have:

Previous experience working with children, especially those with challenging behaviours.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.

A genuine desire to support the educational and emotional development of young people.

An enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
