Job Title: Teaching Assistant – SEND/ADHD Support
Location: Kingston (KT1/KT2)
Salary Range: £110 per day
Start time: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant – SEND/ADHD Support:
- Provide targeted support to students with SEND and ADHD, both in and outside the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and activities to meet individual needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
- Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Ensure the classroom is a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for all learners.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant – SEND/ADHD Support:
- Previous experience working with children with SEND or ADHD is highly desirable.
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young people.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
