OFSTED Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonuses 
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

 

GSL Education is recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager on behalf of a 1-bedded children's home in Sheffield, caring for children aged 8-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mental health needs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

            

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Lead and support the residential team to provide high-quality care.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment for children with EBD and mental health needs.
  • Manage resources and maintain all records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
  • Experience in a children’s residential setting, with knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
