Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

What You'll Do:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting incredible students with special educational needs (SEN). Here's how you’ll make an impact:
- Morning Focus: Provide tailored support to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those with ADHD or self-harming behaviors.
- Afternoon Versatility: Flexibility is key as you may support across Key Stages 1 and 2 where needed.
- Inclusive Learning: Help create a nurturing environment where every child can flourish, working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalized interventions.
- Build Strong Bonds: Develop meaningful relationships with students, guiding their emotional, social, and academic growth.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant is ideal, but more than anything, we want passion and a commitment to the children.
- Resilience & Flexibility: You bring energy, empathy, and a desire to see every child succeed, plus a willingness to assist with nappy changing as needed.
- SEN Knowledge: A solid understanding of special educational needs, safeguarding, and child protection is essential.
- Team Player: You’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
This role will require passing enhanced DBS checks, and a thorough understanding of safeguarding practices is a must.
