What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is a must.
- SEN Expertise: Ability to support pupils with Special Educational Needs effectively.
- Child Development Knowledge: A basic understanding of child development and a knack for supporting students with individual strategies.
- Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work harmoniously with other staff.
- Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic Listener: A caring individual who knows how to build pupils' confidence through active listening and support.
This role requires a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection. All successful candidates must pass enhanced DBS checks.
