Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 08:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support an exceptional group of students. In this role, you’ll work closely with a talented team of teachers and support staff, helping young learners with diverse needs reach their full potential. Every day will bring the chance to make a positive impact on children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide focused support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including those with ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.
- Offer afternoon assistance across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to various learning needs.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that helps each child thrive.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalized learning plans and interventions.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, offering the encouragement they need to grow and succeed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proactive and resilient, with a passion for helping children reach their best.
- Willingness to assist with nappy changing when needed, ensuring all students are cared for.
- A solid understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
- A team player who communicates effectively and can also work independently.
