Working Hours: 08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students with SEN.
- IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Inclusive Environment: Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Holistic Development: Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
- Classroom Management: Aid in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements of an SEN TA:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in special education are a plus.
