Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 to £110 per day

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide Tailored Support: Assist students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, helping them excel both academically and personally.
- Foster Inclusion: Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
- Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans and behavioural interventions.
- Encourage Development: Build strong, supportive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and independence.
- Adaptable Assistance: Support students across various age groups and learning levels as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an SEMH or SEN-focused role is preferable.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
