Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 to £110 per day

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide Tailored Support: Assist students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, helping them excel both academically and personally.

  • Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans and behavioural interventions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an SEMH or SEN-focused role is preferable.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and compassionate approach to supporting children.
