Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-Time
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Scunthorpe.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Implement personalised learning plans and behavioural strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff to adapt lesson materials for individual needs.
- Provide both one-to-one and group support to students.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children with SEN or SEMH needs (essential).
- A caring, supportive, and patient approach to working with young people.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, students, and families.
- A DBS registered on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
