Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-Time

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
  • Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
  • Assist students in developing social and emotional skills.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to suit their needs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this SEMH Teaching Assistant role, you should have:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive, resilient, and empathetic outlook.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service or the ability to apply for one.
