Salary: £90 to £110 per day

About the Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide Targeted Support: Assist students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, helping them thrive academically and personally.
- Foster Inclusion: Create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised support plans and interventions.
- Encourage Growth: Help build students’ confidence and independence through compassionate and structured guidance.
- Adapt to Challenges: Offer support to students with behavioural difficulties and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
