Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Richmond
Salary: £90 to £110 per day
GSL Education is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in Richmond. If you have prior experience in SEMH settings and are eager to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, this could be the role for you!
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide Tailored Support: Work closely with students with SEMH needs, including those with additional learning and behavioural challenges.
- Encourage Student Growth: Create a positive and inclusive environment to support each student’s academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with the School Team: Support teachers and SENCO in implementing individualised learning plans.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with students, helping them build confidence and engage in their education.
