Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Richmond
Salary: £145 to £230 per day

About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Provide Focused Support: Deliver tailored lessons to students with SEMH and additional behavioural needs, helping them reach their potential.
  • Create an Inclusive Environment: Build a positive, supportive classroom setting that encourages student engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team: Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the SENCO to create effective learning plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Promote Holistic Development: Support students’ social and emotional progress, encouraging their self-confidence and well-being.
