Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Newham

Daily Rate: £90-£100 per day 

Start Date: Full Time from September 2024

Contract: Long Term

Working Hours: 8:30- 4:00pm

 

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in schools SEND provision with various SEN

  • 1:1 Support

  • Flexibility on working across all Key Stages (KS1/KS2)

  • Engagement with students, through promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

  • Previous SEN experience 

  • Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.

  • Need to have a passion to work with SEND.

  • Be able to be flexible

  • Be able to work with children who can be hyperactive and of a challenging nature
