Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:15 am - 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Your Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring our students receive the care and guidance they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students can flourish.
- Supporting students in developing vital social, emotional, and academic skills to help them grow holistically.
- Monitoring student progress and sharing valuable feedback with teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning space.

What We’re Looking For:
To excel as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll need:
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

- Relevant qualifications or training in special education would be a bonus.
