Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 08:30 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do:
- Morning Support: Provide personalised support to children with SEMH needs, such as ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
- Inclusive Learning: Create a nurturing, inclusive environment where all children feel safe, supported, and valued.
- Collaboration is Key: Work side by side with teachers and the SENCO to implement individualised support plans.
- Afternoon Adaptability: Offer crucial assistance across Key Stages 1 and 2, ensuring each child gets the tailored help they need.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for proactive, resilient individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Ideally, you have previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant, and you:
- Are experienced in nappy changing and comfortable catering to individual special educational needs.
- Have a strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
- Are adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to support children across different age groups.
- Thrive in a team but can also work independently when needed.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
