Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:15 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Support: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is a must, especially with SEN students.
- SEN Specialist: Ability to provide effective 1:1 support tailored to the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Child Development Knowledge: A good understanding of child development and various strategies to help students learn and grow.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Empathetic Listener: Skilled in helping students boost their confidence and self-esteem through attentive listening and thoughtful intervention.
