Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do:
- Personalized Learning Support: Work with students one-on-one and in small groups to help them reach their full potential.
- Support IEP Implementation: Assist in developing and carrying out Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Foster Inclusivity: Partner with teachers to create a classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and included.
- Skill Building: Help students develop critical academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Monitor Progress: Track student development and provide regular updates to teachers and parents.
- Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive, well-managed classroom where students can focus on learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience working with children is essential.
- Empathy & Patience: A kind-hearted, patient, and understanding approach is a must.
- Strong Communicator: Great communication and teamwork skills are vital.
- Commitment: A dedication to creating an inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Desirable Qualifications: Relevant training or qualifications in special education is a plus.
A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential for this role. All successful applicants will need to pass a background-safe recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check on the update service.
