Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £80 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Tower Hamlets. In this role, you will work closely with our team of passionate educators to support our incredible students, ensuring they receive the best educational experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Morning Support: Provide focused assistance to students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.
- Afternoon Flexibility: Aid students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to various educational needs.
- Nurturing Environment: Utilize your expertise to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.
- Foster Growth: Build positive relationships with students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

SEN TA Responsibilities:
- Experience: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and/or training in education, SEN, or child development are desirable.
