We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our schools in Harlow and provide essential support to students in need of behavioral guidance and encouragement. The Behaviour Mentor role is perfect for an individual who thrives on making a positive impact in a school setting, building strong relationships with students, and working collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work directly with students to support positive behavior, assist them in developing coping and self-regulation strategies, and promote their emotional well-being. Your role will involve identifying students’ individual needs, implementing behavior plans, and creating a supportive and structured environment. The Behaviour Mentor will also collaborate with staff to reinforce positive behavior strategies within the classroom and across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored behavior management plans.
  • Promote emotional resilience and self-regulation techniques.
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce positive behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor progress, adjusting strategies as needed to best support each student.
