Job Title: Secondary SEN Teacher
Location: Locks Heath
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full time

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent with experience as a Secondary SEN Teacher.
  • A strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and curriculum adaptation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and staff.
  • Dedication to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students feel respected and motivated.
  • Additional SEN-related qualifications are a plus, though not required.
