Salary: £18,920 - £19,902 per year
Contract: Full time.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to join our team as an English and Maths Progress Mentor. This key role involves supporting students in enhancing their skills in English and Maths, empowering them to succeed academically and reach their full potential. As the English and Maths Progress Mentor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents, providing targeted intervention and support tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning engaging and challenging learning objectives for selected students to ensure academic progress
- Apply specialised knowledge and skills to support students' learning and development
- Deliver agreed learning activities, adapting them to meet students’ responses and needs
