Location: Newham
Salary: £185 - £265 per day
Start Date: Tomorrow, 8th November 2024
Contract Type: Long Term, Full time
Are you ready to inspire young minds and ignite a passion for music? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our coeducational secondary school in Newham. As a Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the musical journey of our students, helping them to explore their talents and reach their full potential.
Music Teacher Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive music lessons to students across all key stages.
- Develop and implement a diverse and stimulating curriculum that caters to varying levels of musical ability.
- Foster a love for music through innovative teaching methods and hands-on learning experiences.
- Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, and concerts.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them to develop their musical skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular links and enrich the overall school experience.
Music Teacher Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Experience teaching music in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
