Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-time/Part-time

About the Role:
As an Special Educational Needs (SEN) Learning Support Assistant in Romsey, your main focus will be to work one-on-one or in small groups, offering students the encouragement and support they need. Collaborating closely with teachers, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing learning environment that helps students overcome challenges and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing individual and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assisting in developing and implementing effective learning strategies.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Working with teachers to tailor the curriculum to meet each student’s needs.
Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant:
- Prior experience with SEN students is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a supportive attitude.
- Patience, resilience, and a commitment to empowering students.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Present an updated CV (from October 2015 to present) with recent references (from October 2022 to present).
- Have a DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
