About the Role:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, your focus will be on creating an encouraging and inclusive environment for SEN students, both individually and in small groups. In this SEN Learning Support Assistant role, you will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure students feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing one-to-one and group support to SEN students.
- Assisting in developing an inclusive and supportive learning space.
- Helping to implement behaviour and learning strategies tailored to each student.
- Motivating students to achieve personal and academic growth as their SEN Learning Support Assistant.
Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant:
- Previous experience with SEN students is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A calm, caring, and dedicated approach.
- A commitment to supporting SEN students in their learning journey.

To work with GSL Education as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you should:
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Provide an updated CV (from October 2015 to present) with recent references (from October 2022 to present).
- Have an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
