Maternity Cover- SEN Primary Teacher
Location: Okehampton
Salary: Dependent on Experience £100-120 PER DAY
Start Date: 25/11/24 until May half term 2025
GSL Education are actively looking for a Primary SEN Teacher for a brand new SEN school in Okehampton for a Maternity cover. This role is from 25/11 to May half term.
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing cover to for the school in absence of the permanent teacher who is on mat leave. All work is prepared, so the main requirement is to ensure the students stay and task, managing behaviour and colloborating postively with any members of support staff. The school values work-life balance and boasts a supportive staff community. This school caters for children aged 4-16 with ASD and SEMH. The school has only been open just over 2 years!

Requirements:
- Hold relevant qualifications- QTS ideally
- Be confident in managing classroom behaviour and adapting to different school policies.
- Be prepared to cover a range of subjects as required.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
