Requirements:  

  • Candidates with previous experience as an Autism support worker are preferred. 
  • Priority will be given to applicants holding a valid driver's license. 
  • Effective communication skills are essential. 
  • We highly appreciate qualities such as compassion, patience, and empathy. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in diverse circumstances are necessary. 
  • Commitment to supporting students in their success and well-being is crucial.

Responsibilities:  

  • Guide as an Autism support worker to students in their educational journey. 
  • Employ diverse methods to meet the unique needs of each student. 
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to create effective support plans. 
  • Cultivate a supportive environment to boost social and communication abilities. 
  • Introduce regular interventions and activities to enhance academic advancement and performance.
