Here at GSL Education we are working on behalf of a large Trust who are seeking to appoint a talented, proactive and resilient SEND Teacher to work in a KS3-4 setting in Plymouth.
You will be teaching and supporting students with a variety of needs including Autism and ADHD. Previous experience in a SEN setting or working within a mainstream school is preferred, but not essential. You must be confident with challenging behaviour.
The school offers a very broad and diverse curriculum, spanning an impressive range of academic and vocational courses. ALL PLANNING IS COMPLETED FOR THIS ROLE.
Requirements:
- QTS
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of forming meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Show adaptability and poise within various classroom settings.
