Salary Range: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking Learning Support Workers in Boston to provide vital assistance to children and young people with a range of complex needs.
Responsibilities of the Learning Support Worker:
- Assist children with special educational needs in their learning and development.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualised education plans.
- Support students in achieving their academic and social goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements of the Learning Support Worker:
- Previous experience working with children or in a support role is preferred.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting the well-being and development of students.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
