Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 Per hour (Depending on experience)

This Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of students requiring extra support.
About the Role:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will support students with special educational needs (SEN), working closely with teachers to ensure an inclusive and engaging learning experience. You will play an integral role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing dedicated support to special educational needs (SEN) students in their daily activities.
- Working with teachers to establish a positive learning environment.
- Implementing learning plans tailored to each student’s needs as an LSA.
- Supporting behaviour and social development strategies for special educational needs (SEN) students.
Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant:
- Previous experience in an special educational needs (SEN) role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and adaptability.
- Patience and a proactive approach to supporting students.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

To work with GSL Education as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Provide a current CV (from October 2015 to till now) with recent references (from October 2022 to till now).
- Have a DBS on the Update Service or be prepared to apply for one.
