GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming school in Lincoln. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to provide support in the classroom and help students with diverse needs reach their full potential.
Teaching Assistant role:
The successful Teaching Assistant will assist with lesson preparation, support students' learning, and promote a positive learning environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and student welfare.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with children or young people
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be flexible, adaptable, and committed to student success
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
