Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
Salary: £83.33 - £95.00 per day
Start date: ASAP

Graduate Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Level 1/2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Child workforce Enhanced DBS on the update service (or able to apply for one)
- Experience of working with young people with Learning Difficulties and Additional Needs
- Two professional references that cover the last 2 years of employment
- Right to work in the UK
The desired teaching assistant will have:
- Experience of working within a school or similar setting
- A passion for the progress of students
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Be able to support young children in the development of their education
- Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
Within this role, you will be expected to support the teaching staff in enabling the pupils to gain their independence, participate fully in the curriculum and the general life of the school. You are expected to support pupils in reaching their full potential and engage in opportunities. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and dynamic to be part of a dedicated, pupil-centred, and forward-thinking staff team.
