Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 04:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant school community. In this role, you will collaborate closely with passionate educators to support our amazing students, ensuring they receive the best possible educational experience.
SEN TA Responsibilities:
- Morning Support: Provide focused assistance to students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.
- Afternoon Flexibility: Support students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to their various educational needs.
- Nurturing Environment: Utilize your expertise to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.
- Foster Growth: Build positive relationships with students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Relevant qualifications and/or training in education, SEN, or child development are desirable.
