Salary: £125-£155 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract type: Daily Supply, Long Term
GSL Education are seeking a Male Physical Education (PE) Teacher to work in a secondary school in Ashington. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle among students. About the Role:
As a PE Teacher, you will deliver dynamic lessons that encourage students to engage in sports and physical activities. You will play a key role in fostering a love for physical fitness and well-being in the school environment.
Key Responsibilities for a PE Teacher Include:
- Planning and delivering effective Physical Education lessons.
- Encouraging students to participate in extracurricular sports programmes.
- Monitoring and assessing students’ fitness and development.
- Collaborating with other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements for a PE Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- Experience teaching Physical Education in a UK secondary school is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sports and fitness principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Have the right to work in the UK.

- Have an Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
