Salary Range: £120 - £210 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education Hull Branch invites you to become a vital part of a vibrant primary school in Driffield as a dedicated Year 4 Teacher, where you will inspire young minds and collaborate with a dynamic team to create an engaging learning environment.
About the role:
As a Teacher (Year 4), you will engage students with stimulating lessons that foster confidence and develop essential skills. Your responsibilities will include lesson planning, assessing student progress, and tailoring activities to meet diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Key Stage 2, a commitment to nurturing young minds, and the ability to create a collaborative classroom environment, along with strong classroom management skills and an innovative approach to teaching.
Responsibilities of the Teacher:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Tailor activities to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Foster a collaborative classroom atmosphere that encourages teamwork, respect, and positive social interactions among students.
- Implement strong classroom management strategies to maintain a focused and productive learning environment.
Requirements of the Teacher:
- Have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience in Key Stage 2 education, ideally with a focus on Year 4.
- A genuine commitment to nurturing young minds and supporting their educational journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- An innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons and strategies to enhance student engagement.
- Excellent classroom management skills, with a track record of creating a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
