Cover Supervisor
Location: Spalding
Salary Scale: £100 - £140 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term Temporary, Full-Time

GSL Education Lincoln is currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in a high-achieving school in Spalding. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can manage classrooms, deliver pre-set work, and ensure that students remain engaged and focused during teacher absences.
Cover Supervisor role:
The successful Cover Supervisor will be part of a supportive and energetic team, responsible for supervising students and ensuring that learning continues effectively in the absence of regular teachers. You will manage behaviour, deliver set work, and provide assistance to students where necessary.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a Cover Supervisor role or similar position
- Be confident in managing a classroom and maintaining student engagement
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be adaptable and able to work across different subjects
- Be committed to ensuring students' well-being and academic progress
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
