Are you an experienced SEN Teacher - Complex Needs looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students at a secondary school in Braintree? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team and provide high-quality education to pupils with complex needs. This is a full-time position, starting immediately, with a competitive salary of £150-£270 per day.
As an SEN Teacher - Complex Needs, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse learning requirements of students with special educational needs. You will work closely with support staff to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where all pupils can thrive. Your ability to adapt your teaching approach and communicate effectively with both students and their families will be key to their progress and success.
The ideal SEN Teacher - Complex Needs will have experience working with students who have a range of complex needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will bring creativity and patience to the role, ensuring that each child receives the individualised support they need. Experience with strategies such as Makaton, PECs, or sensory-based learning techniques would be highly desirable.
