Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour

Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time

About The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to provide essential support in the classroom. Your role will involve helping students with their learning and ensuring that everyone feels included and valued. You will play a key part in creating an engaging learning environment where students can thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Support students during break times and school events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for supporting students in their educational journey.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
