Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £80 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
