Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is a must.
  • SEN Expertise: Confident in providing tailored 1:1 support to pupils with special educational needs.
  • Child Development Knowledge: A solid understanding of child development and best support strategies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy & Patience: A kind, empathetic listener who can boost pupils’ confidence and self-worth through positive interventions.

A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices is essential for this role, and all applicants must pass enhanced DBS checks.
