PE Teacher needed in Southampton!
Position: Physcial Education Teacher
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30,000 - £44,000 MPS/UPS
Start Date: Immediate / January
Job Type: Full-time

GSL Education are in search of an energetic PE Teacher to join a local secondary school based in Southampton immediately.

About the Role:
You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate their students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department. They are looking for a passionate teacher who brings their subject to life. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the PE department is essential.
Experience of teaching BTEC Tech Award Sport and/or Netball would be an advantage but not essential. Applications from NQT’s are welcome.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree PE
- PGCE/QTS
- Experience of teaching PE at the secondary level is preferred.
- Familiarity with KS3 and GCSE curriculum.
