Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 Annually (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the role:
In the role of a SEND Teacher, you will be instrumental in empowering students with special educational needs by designing personalised lessons that align with their individual learning styles. You will cultivate a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, guiding students to navigate challenges and achieve their fullest potential both academically and personally.
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with moderate, severe, and complex learning difficulties.
- Employ various teaching strategies and resources to accommodate each student’s unique learning preferences.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust your teaching methods as necessary to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student development and address any questions or concerns.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience working with students with SEN preferred.
- Strong communication skills are needed to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude are important when working with students who have different needs.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and growth as a teacher is essential.
- Ability to create positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents is required.
